caanoli to Showcase Room-First Design Platform at Capital Audiofest

HERNDON, Va., November 3, 2026 — caanoli, a Herndon, Virginia company, will showcase its patent-pending room design and analysis platform at Capital Audiofest, November 13–15, at the Hilton Rockville, Hallway Booth 5 on the third floor.

Most listening room and home theater projects begin with equipment. caanoli begins with the room. The platform builds a 3D model of a space, predicts how it will behave acoustically, and scores that performance against nine listening and viewing profiles, from two-channel music to immersive cinema. Because different experiences place different demands on a room, the scores help identify which changes could make the greatest difference for its intended use, so that decisions about layout, seating, treatment and equipment can be made before anything is built or bought.

At the booth, caanoli will showcase its 3D room modeling and profile-driven analysis, alongside calibration reports illustrating the measurement side of its approach. The platform distinguishes predicted room performance from measured results, so its predictions can be evaluated against real-world measurements.

“We spend so much time on the equipment and the nuances of the gear that we forget the room can make or break all of it. We built caanoli to put the room back at the center of the conversation, and to help people understand how it will perform before they invest in a system,” said Rajesh Natarajan, founder of caanoli.
